Q4 2021 Tax Notice

Your 2021 4th Quarter Interim Reports are now available. To access your 4th Quarter reports, please follow the instructions below:

To review your documents

1.  Login to auth.certipay.com

2.  Download your Q4 Tax Package via the Documents tab in the top blue ribbon

3.  These copies are for your files and should NOT be submitted to any taxing authorities.

Review your reports immediately for amounts due. CertiPay is providing your reports prior to collection to advise of amounts due (or refunds) as emails will not be sent.

Important Notice:

• All credits will be distributed on January 18, 2022. All refunds for payroll liability overpayments will be handled by the tax agency.
• All tax amounts due will be impounded on January 18, 2022.
