Employees Using Timesheets

When you are ready for your employees to clock in and out, they will need to log into their employee portal using One.CertiPay.com. They will see the below screen once they are in the application. They will need to click the blue timeclock button to clock in and out.

 

When the employees go to clock in or out the first time they will need to select allow on the "Know your location" box (shown below). This needs to be done prior to using timesheets. 

​​Once they have allowed the location, your employees will then need to click the clock in or clock out button shown in the Timeclock box.
