Enabling Payroll Reminders

With the holidays just around the corner, let CertiPay Online help ensure your payroll is processed on time by enabling Payroll Reminders.

  1. Click on Alerts icon on the right side of the top blue ribbon
  2. Select Enable from the "Alerts" listmceclip1.png
  3. Select the box to receive reminders
  4. Choose Email or Phone Reminders under "Delivery Methods"
    • If you would like to Add or Change Email/Phone Number, you can do so by clicking the applicable link in this section
