Active employees within CertiPay Online can be enrolled in electronic only W2 delivery. Electronic W2 delivery helps employees get year-end tax information faster and skip the paper copy. Employee enrollment status can be managed via Employee Self Service or through the employee profile within the CertiPay Online Platform.

By default, employees will be able to choose electronic or paper W2 unless the company specifically requests for this to be disabled and require paper W2's.
To disable electronic only opt-in, please follow the below steps:
- Choose Company in the left navigation bar then Taxes
- Select Tax Settings from top menu.
