W2 Electronic Delivery Enrollment via Employee Self Service

When logging in to Employee Self Service, employees will receive an alert allowing the employee to enroll in electronic W-2 Delivery. Electronic W-2 Delivery helps employees get year-end tax information faster and skip the paper copy. 

This enrollment must be completed by January 1st to take effect for the current year's tax form.

To enroll, open the "Tax Info" section on the home page. 

Within the tax info screen, there is an Electronic W2 agreement. If you would like to opt in from the electronic copy, then select the orange Enroll in Electronic W-2 Delivery. Please note, this option will need to be elected prior to January 1st
