When logging in to Employee Self Service, employees will receive an alert allowing the employee to enroll in electronic W-2 Delivery. Electronic W-2 Delivery helps employees get year-end tax information faster and skip the paper copy.
This enrollment must be completed by January 1st to take effect for the current year's tax form.
To enroll, open the alert top right hand corner of the blue navigation ribbon:
Employees also have the option of selecting Tax Info from the top blue ribbon or the quick link on the page:
