Welcome to CertiPay Online! Here is a step-by-step guide on how to complete your new user invite.
The initial invitation will come via email in the below format. Click the Complete Setup link to continue to the user registration page.
A welcome screen will appear in your default browser. See the below if you need to select yes or no.
The first questions asks if you currently are a user with CertiPay.
- If you have user credentials with CertiPay Online and would like to link your accounts, then select yes to use the user credentials you already have created.
The screen will show a show username and password boxes. Enter your current username and password to confirm the linking of accounts.
- If you are new to the platform, then select no. The screen will bring you to the Single Sign On Registration page. Please make sure to complete all fields.
*Passwords must contain 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 Symbol, and 1 Number.*
Symbols that are NOT allowed $#*!@%^&()_+=-
Once you have entered all of your information, click the blue register button.
The screen will ask you to verify your email address. Note, this screen will show where the confirmation email was sent. In your email box, the confirmation email will resemble the below:
When you click "confirm my email" the screen will take you to your user profile. You will need to click "Back to start".
