Dear Valued Client,

The end of 2023 is approaching fast! We are sharing a few tips and reminders to give you a head start to avoid delays and streamline your year-end payroll maintenance.

Time To Review Your November, December, and January Payroll Schedule

The 2023–2024 Bank Holiday Schedule is available. You may need to reschedule your check dates and process dates for payroll. Please review the Holiday Calendar 2023 Year-End Payroll Holiday Schedule to ensure that your payroll is transmitted in time to meet payroll deadlines.

• November 2023: Office closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 23 and Friday, November 24.
• December 2023: Office closed for Christmas on Monday, December 26.
• January 2024: Office closed for New Year’s Day on Monday, January 1.

Important Year-End Information Needed

It is VERY IMPORTANT to submit your W-2/ACA shipping address by December 15, 2023, to avoid W-2 shipment delays. This is the address that will be used to ship W-2/ACA forms.

NOTE: Our carriers will not ship to PO Boxes. Click here to submit your 2023 W-2 Shipping Address Change Request.

2023 W-2 Preview

Your W-2 Preview Documents are available and will allow you to review the W-2 data that will be used on the W-2 forms. This is a great way to ensure employee and company W-2 information is correct before the final W-2s are printed and filed on your behalf. Please use the 2023 Year-End Guide to assist you.
