Q3 2023 Tax Notice

Your 2023 3rd Quarter Interim Reports are now available. To access your 3rd Quarter reports, please follow the instructions below:

To review your documents

1.  Login to auth.certipay.com

2.  Download your Q3 Tax Package via the Reports tab then Documents in the left navigation bar

3.  These copies are for your files and should NOT be submitted to any taxing authorities.

Review your reports immediately for amounts due. CertiPay is providing your reports prior to collection to advise of amounts due (or refunds) as emails will not be sent.

Important Notice:

• All credits will be distributed on October 16, 2023. All refunds for payroll liability overpayments will be handled by the tax agency.
• All tax amounts due will be impounded on October 16, 2023.
• Please note that additional FUTA collections for states that did not repay their federal loans are included (if applicable)
