This week our team is introducing Prenoting, also known as bank account verification, to the payroll platform.
What does this mean for your employees?
For any employee already receiving direct deposits, their profile will reflect the prenote sent date as their first check date.
For any new employees, or direct deposit updates moving forward, account numbers will be included in the account verification process. Our team will be notified of invalid entries and reach out to you for the best next steps on correcting the employee profile.
What does this mean for you?
Prenoting helps to ensure that your employees don't experience delays in receiving their direct deposits and helps protect our clients from unwanted fees associated with multiple failed direct deposit attempts.
What do you need to do?
To ensure that our team has sufficient time in validating the account, we encourage you to add or update employee bank accounts a few days prior to payroll deadlines. This allows our team and you to work through any necessary changes prior to next check date.
