Payroll Suspensions

Each company is set up with a Risk Policy Payroll Limit. This helps ensure there is no fraudulent activity within the payroll platform. If a submitted payroll exceeds the amount setup, the payroll is suspended for review. Please note that if this does occur, our Support Team is immediately notified and will review the run to ensure there are no issues or reach out to you if we have any questions. When multiple suspensions arise, we will contact you to inquire if an increase in threshold is necessary.
