Editing Your User Account

There may be a time to change/update your name, phone number or time zone for your user profile. Here are the steps to do so.

When logging into SSO: 

1. Log into our Single Sign On using the Auth.CertiPay.com website. 

2. Once you have entered your username and password, you will land on the welcome screen. 

3. Click on the Edit button next to the Profile section. 

4. Here you can make the necessary changes to your user profile!

5. When all changes have been saved, you can click the Back to Start option to return back to the Welcome screen.

From the CertiPay Online application: 

1. Click on the Profile Icon to the top left of the screen then Account Settings.

2. Here you can make the necessary changes to your user profile!

3. When all changes have been saved, you can click the Back to Start option to return back to the Welcome screen.
