How to Reach the HR Support Center

Depending on the tier level of service you have selected, the HR Support Center may accessible to you! Once you have received the registration email, here are the ways that you may access: 

- Through CertiPay Online 

1. Throughout the entire application you can access the left navigation bar. Here you can select the Company tab.

2. A drop down will appear. Then click the Human Resources option.
