To update employee demographics, such the employee's name and contact information, go to Employees in the top blue ribbon and select the employee or contractor you would like to update.
Once on the employee's profile, select the orange pencil icon in the top right corner. Update the information as needed, then Save at the bottom.
This section will allow you to edit the below:
- First, Middle Initial, and Last Name
- Date of Birth - Specify the date of birth for the employee in MM/DD/YYYY format
- Gender - Select Not Specified, Male, or Female from the drop-down list. Not Specified is selected by default.
- Marital Status - Select Not Specified, Single, or Married from the drop-down list. Not Specified is selected by default.
- Employee Number
- Employee Type
- Office/Work Location
- Employee Status
- Assigned Pay Schedule
